Definition of Tradenames:

A name or title used in any trade whether by an ordinary company or otherwise.

Procedures for Registration of Tradenames :

1. The applicant is a body corporate

The applicant must submit a registration application in accordance with the prescribed form attached to the following:

1. A copy of the company's registration certificate
2. A copy of the company's bylaws
3. Company's Articles of Incorporation
4. A certificate from the Chamber of Commerce
5. Occupation license from the Property Tax Department at the Ministry of Finance
6. A leasing contract for the commercial store.
7. A trader's register certificate
8. A handcrafts license from the municipality or the village council

2. The applicant is a natural person

The applicant must submit a registration application in accordance with the prescribed form attached to the following:

1. A copy of the applicants identity card
2. A certificate from the Chamber of Commerce
3. Occupation license from the Property Tax Department at the Ministry of Finance
4. A trader's register certificate
5. A leasing contract for the commercial store
6. A handcrafts license from the municipality or the village council
